Strawberry Mango Avocado Salsa (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free)

overview shot of strawberry mango avocado salsa with chips on the side

This strawberry mango avocado salsa is the epitome of summer! It’s so refreshing and has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. You can throw it together in 5 minutes and it is such a crowd pleaser.

I’m loving all the fresh summer fruits in season right now. Mangoes and strawberries are probably my favorite fruits. The sweetness paired with the creamy avocado is just divine. I could eat this salsa by the spoonful, it’s so addicting. It’s healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free too. I kept the heat pretty mild, but feel free to add more chipotle powder if you want it spicier.

This makes for a yummy appetizer with some tortilla chips or top your favorite tacos with it. Bring it to your next summer BBQ and I guarantee you, it will be gone in seconds. Definitely a great summer side to any party!

Don’t add the avocado until you are ready to serve or eat it. I highly recommend eating it fresh, but you can store it in the fridge for 1-2 days. It will just be a little more watery since the fruits release more liquid as it sits.
