In other words, we should all eat more beets!!! This is a quick and easy dish that steams beets, rather than\u00a0roasting, which cooks them SUPER quick! Steam over boiling water for about 20 minutes<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6950-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In medium size frying pan, saute\u2019 the kale with a 1\/4 cup of water, until kale begins to turn dark green (don\u2019t overcook, you don\u2019t want soggy kale!)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6950-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, and pour over kale, saute\u2019 an additional two minutes<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6950-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add steamed beets, mix, remove from heat, and serve hot!<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div id=\"recipe-video\"><\/div>\n\t\n\t\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wprm-container\">\n\n\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-block-container wprm-recipe-block-container-inline wprm-block-text-normal wprm-recipe-author-container\" style=\"\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-details-label wprm-block-text-normal wprm-recipe-author-label\">Author: <\/span><span class=\"wprm-recipe-details wprm-recipe-author wprm-block-text-normal\">Rachel<\/span><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to admire the Beet-i-ful beets!
