I normally love chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, but these are amazing and I think I like them even more. Sorry chocolate, I think I&#8217;m going with the dates this time! I love how dates have a caramel flavor, especially when it&#8217;s baked. My favorite dates are medjool dates, but you can use whatever dates you like. The caramelly, soft dates plus the crunch from the walnuts is heaven in my mouth. These cookies are not only delicious, but nourishing! Made with oats, dates, walnuts, and flaxseed, they are packed with healthy fats, fiber, and protein! They are perfect for dessert, breakfast, or as a snack. They are naturally sweetened, dangerously addicting, and highly sought after.
