They are so dang addicting and when I looked at the ingredients, they are actually quite simple. I knew I could easily recreate this snack at home and man, they are good! They are so incredibly easy to make too! Only one bowl and takes just 5 minutes to whip it up before you pop it into the oven. These coconut crack clusters are crunchy, nutty, sweet, satisfying, wholesome, and addicting. You won&#8217;t be able to stop eating them! I like to put some in my oatmeal, eat it as a snack, and eat it for dessert when I&#8217;m craving something sweet. I am a sucker for anything nutty with a sweet\/salty combo. Therefore, I named these coconut crack clusters because I just keep going for more. You can definitely customize this and use any seeds you have on hand. These babies are filled with all the good for you fats, protein, and fiber to keep you fueled and your tastebuds happy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until coconut flakes turn a nice golden brown. Let it cool on the pan for at least 45 minutes. The clusters will spread in the oven a bit so when they come out of the oven, take a spatula and push the sides into the center of the clusters to shape them. When they cool, they will harden into the clusters. Remove carefully once cooled. Enjoy!
