These no bake healthy almond butter rice crispy treats are the perfect summer treat\/snack. They are SO easy to make and vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free. I love the nuttiness from the almond butter and you definitely won&#8217;t miss the marshmallows. It&#8217;s the perfect combo of sweet and salty&#8230;my favorite! Stir with a spatula until everything is well combined and evenly coated. Spread mixture into the lined pan and evenly press down into the pan. Place in the freezer while you prep the chocolate topping.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5979-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval until chocolate is completely melted. Mine took 1 minute and 20 seconds. You can also melt it in a small sauce pan over very low heat, stirring continuously. Pour chocolate over the rice crispy. Spread chocolate evenly over the top. Place in the freezer for 45-60 minutes to set. Sprinkle bars with course sea salt and slice into bars.
