It&#8217;s vegan, oil-free, and refined sugar free too! They are easy to make and taste incredible when you use homemade applesauce or good quality applesauce. I used my homemade cinnamon applesauce recipe (recipe on my Instagram reel post) and I really think it enhances the flavor of these muffins because the ingredients in these muffins are pretty simple. A smear of apple butter would also be amazing on these muffins.
