They make for the perfect pasta sauce. This creamy hemp seed alfredo sauce is packed with protein, healthy fats, and flavor. It&#8217;s vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free too! I always stay away from &#8220;white&#8221; pasta sauces because I know they are filled with dairy, but now I can thoroughly enjoy this sauce without worrying what it will do to my stomach. Basically, this is the best silky, smooth, creamy alfredo sauce you will ever eat. It pairs well with any pasta or spiralized vegetable. I loved eating it with my spiralized zucchini. This literally only takes 10 minutes to make if you&#8217;ve already soaked your raw cashews! Easiest and fastest dinner ever! Mmmm&#8230;your friends would never know it was vegan! Also, my husband gave it his stamp of approval!
