It\u2019s packed with oats, ground flaxseed, nuts, and Brewer\u2019s yeast to help with milk production. Brewer\u2019s yeast is a nutritional supplement and considered a galactagogue, which is anything that promotes breast milk production. It\u2019s high in B-complex vitamins, selenium, and protein.<\/p>\n<p>These little cashew cookie lactation energy bites are packed with good for you ingredients, even if you aren\u2019t nursing. They are a tasty treat to have on hand and perfect for a nourishing snack that will fuel your body. If you don\u2019t have Brewer\u2019s yeast or don\u2019t want to use it, you can totally leave it out too. These lactation bites are so easy to make and only require a few ingredients!
