I eat about 2-3 a day and they also taste so yummy!<\/p>\n<p>They taste like the cashew cookie Larabars, but with added nutrients that are great for nursing mommas and anyone really! It&#8217;s packed with oats, ground flaxseed, nuts, and Brewer&#8217;s yeast to help with milk production. Brewer&#8217;s yeast is a nutritional supplement and considered a galactagogue, which is anything that promotes breast milk production. It&#8217;s high in B-complex vitamins, selenium, and protein.<\/p>\n<p>These little cashew cookie lactation energy bites are packed with good for you ingredients, even if you aren&#8217;t nursing. They are a tasty treat to have on hand and perfect for a nourishing snack that will fuel your body. If you don&#8217;t have Brewer&#8217;s yeast or don&#8217;t want to use it, you can totally leave it out too. These lactation bites are so easy to make and only require a few ingredients!
