We always ask her to make it for us whenever she visits and it&#8217;s something that reminds me of home. It&#8217;s savory, flavorful, and the pine nuts add the perfect amount of crunch. Pair it with some rice and you got yourself a delicious and nutrient packed meal!<\/p>\n<p>When I asked her how to make her pine nut tofu, I was surprised to find out how easy it was! You can literally make this dish in less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Maybe even faster when you get good at it! Also, it only takes a few pantry staples and no crazy ingredients. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Then add the tofu and gently saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and stir gently. Serve with white or brown rice.
