Don&#8217;t get me wrong, I&#8217;m never tired of\u00a0homemade granola, but I do like to branch out and eat some of my favorite breakfast foods like waffles once in awhile. Why not indulge on a Saturday morning? Also, why not have banana bread for breakfast in waffle form? Throw in some chocolate chips and you get a dang good breakfast. These vegan chocolate chip banana bread waffles are not as crispy as your normal waffles, but are tender, soft, moist, and fluffy just like banana bread. I like to cook them a little longer in the waffle iron to get a slightly crispy edge. They are so easy to make and have no added sugar because of the sweetness from the bananas. You definitely score there!
