I like to use coconut oil to grease my pans.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6650-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In large bowl with mixer, cream together the flax egg, sugar, and vanilla until combined.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6650-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Add butter and beat until smooth. Add vegan buttermilk and beat until just combined.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6650-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined (don\u2019t overmix), mix in pears. Pour into prepared pans so that pan is about 2\/3rds full.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6650-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">To make crumb topping, combine all ingredients and use your hands to crumble on top of bread batter.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6650-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Bake 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
