I can eat them like candy. Roasting them is my favorite way to prepare them because it requires little oil and gives it a nice crunch on the outside, while still soft on the inside. This is my go to recipe when I roast brussels sprouts, or pretty much any veggies I want to throw in the oven. I don&#8217;t have exact measurements on the spices because it is more of personal preference of how much spice you like. If you need an easy side vegetable for Thanksgiving, you have to make these roasted brussels sprouts. Have some with the cut side facing down and some facing up. Spray lightly with olive oil all over the brussels sprouts.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6635-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the brussels sprouts. You can really do however much your heart desires.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6635-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
