Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

The days are warming up and sometimes you just want a nice cold treat. My husband is a huge ice cream fan and lactose intolerant, so I wanted to make an ice cream that was both healthy and delicious. Who knew frozen bananas could make such a creamy and dreamy ice cream!? If you have a good food processor on hand, you have to make this. What’s not to love about guilt free ice cream? Their is no added sugar, cream, and all the other bad stuff that goes into regular ice cream that makes it so dang good to our taste buds. This ice cream only has frozen bananas, natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, and chopped dark chocolate. That’s it! It’s amazingly creamy, peanut buttery, and chocolatey…aka the perfect combination. This is a great soft serve ice cream or you can pop it in the freezer for a few hours for it to harden up. I personally like it right when it’s done. This is seriously the easiest homemade ice cream ever. You don’t even need an ice cream maker! Winner!
