Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 cups peaches, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, diced small (deseeded)
- juice of one lime
- 1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Taste and add more salt or lime if needed. Enjoy right away or place in the fridge and let it sit for a few hours for the flavors to meld.
