In a large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Add the onions and saute until it starts to brown. Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds. Add the Gardein beefless crumbles and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes to the pan. Saute for another 4 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Turn heat off and add the green onions. Stir to combine. Serve with jasmine rice and sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoy!
