This easy chocolate avocado pudding is so creamy, decadent, and perfect for any occasion. It only takes 6 simple ingredients and just a few minutes to make. It's naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fats and fiber.
1/3cupcacao powder (might need to add 1 Tbsp more)
1/3cuppure maple syrup(more if you want it sweeter)
pinch of salt
1tspvanilla extract
1/4cupalmond milk(or any non-dairy milk)
2Tbspcashew butter(or any nut/seed butter)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
Taste to adjust sweetness or flavor. Add more cacao powder if you still taste the avocado. Add more maple syrup if you want it sweeter. Scoop into bowls and top with coconut yogurt if desired. Enjoy!
