Are you a cookie dough lover? Sometimes I just don’t want to turn on the oven (especially in this heat right now) but I still want a cookie!

Easy Healthy Cookie Dough for Two

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • a pinch of sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp natural almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the oat flour, coconut flour, and salt. Mix well.
  • Then add the almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer!
