Easy Healthy Cookie Dough for Two
Are you a cookie dough lover? Sometimes I just don’t want to turn on the oven (especially in this heat right now) but I still want a cookie!

Ingredients
1/4
cup
oat flour
2
tbsp
coconut flour
a pinch of sea salt (adjust to taste)

tbsp
natural almond butter (or any nut butter)
1
tbsp
pure maple syrup
1
tbsp
applesauce
1/4
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the oat flour, coconut flour, and salt. Mix well.
Then add the almond butter, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer!
