Easy Lemon Guacamole
Cinco de Mayo is coming up and I’m super stoked! It’s an excuse for me to eat rice, beans, and guac all day long. Let’s just say I can eat those three things every single day without getting sick of it.

Ingredients

avocados
juice of 1/2 a lemon or 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2
tsp
sea salt or salt to taste
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
onion powder
1/4
tsp
chili powder
few dashes of chipotle chile powder
fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half and carefully remove the core. Scoop out the flesh and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork and add in the lemon juice.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
