In a very large, microwave safe bowl, add the Chex mix ingredients. Stir until everything is combined.
In a small bowl, add all the seasoning sauce ingredients. Stir until combined.
Pour sauce over the Chex mix. Using a spatula, stir until everything is evenly coated and combined.
Microwave for 6 minutes, stopping and stirring every two minutes. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with paper towels and let it cool completely. It will crisp up more as it cools. Alternatively, you can bake the Chex mix at 250 degrees F for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until lightly browned or crisp. Once cooled, enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
