Easy Vegan Pizza Bites

These easy vegan pizza bites are perfect for game day or as an appetizer. They are simple to make and such a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 sticks vegan mozzarella (I used Daiya)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie pan, or a similar sized baking pan.
  • Cut the mozzarella sticks into fourths for a total 24 pieces. You will need two cubes for each roll. 
  • Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each out into a 1/4 inch thick circle. Place two cheese cubes in the center and pinch together the ends of the dough to create a ball. 
  • Place each dough ball seam side down into the pan. Brush tops with olive oil and then sprinkle the tops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and sea salt. 
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until tops are golden. Serve warm with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
