Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch pie pan, or a similar sized baking pan.
Cut the mozzarella sticks into fourths for a total 24 pieces. You will need two cubes for each roll.
Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each out into a 1/4 inch thick circle. Place two cheese cubes in the center and pinch together the ends of the dough to create a ball.
Place each dough ball seam side down into the pan. Brush tops with olive oil and then sprinkle the tops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and sea salt.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until tops are golden. Serve warm with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
