Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line an 8×8 pan.
In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
In a medium bowl, add the almond milk, yogurt, cashew butter, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
Add wet to the dry. Stir with a spatula until just combined, careful not to overmix. Pour batter into pan. In a small bowl, stir the black sesame paste and coconut sugar together. Add little dollops on top of the batter and lightly swirl with a knife.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
