These healthy cashew butter cookie dough bites make for the perfect treat when you are craving something sweet. They are easy to make and only take one bowl!
Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a mixing bowl. Mix with a spatula until well combined. If it seems too dry, add 1 tsp more of almond milk. It will be a thick dough.
Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
