These rosemary spiced roasted nuts are inspired by the popular roasted nuts by Trader Joe's, but way healthier and cheaper. They are completely vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free, oil-free, and SO flavorful.
3cupsraw nuts/seeds (I used cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds, & pumpkin seeds)
1 1/2-2Tbspfresh rosemary
1/4tspcayenne pepper
3/4tspsea salt
1/2tspcurry powder
2Tbsppure maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir until well combined. Pour nut mixture onto the baking sheet.
Roast the nuts for 20 minutes, stirring at the halfway point. Let it cool on the pan for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy! Once cooled, store leftovers in an airtight container.
