Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with a silpat mat or parchment paper.
Spread out your brussels sprouts onto the pan. Have some with the cut side facing down and some facing up. Spray lightly with olive oil all over the brussels sprouts.
Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the brussels sprouts. You can really do however much your heart desires.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. I like mine a little charred on the outside so it is extra tender on the inside.
