Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are probably in the top 5 of my favorite vegetables. I can eat them like candy. Roasting them is my favorite way to prepare them because it requires little oil and gives it a nice crunch on the outside, while still soft on the inside.

Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of halved brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil spray
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with a silpat mat or parchment paper.
  • Spread out your brussels sprouts onto the pan. Have some with the cut side facing down and some facing up. Spray lightly with olive oil all over the brussels sprouts.
  • Sprinkle sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the brussels sprouts. You can really do however much your heart desires.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. I like mine a little charred on the outside so it is extra tender on the inside.
  • Enjoy!
