Strawberry Mango Avocado Salsa (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free)
This strawberry mango avocado salsa is super easy to make, refreshing, and the perfect side dish to your summer BBQ's.

Ingredients

diced strawberries

heaping cup diced mango
1/4
cup
diced red onion
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro
juice of one lime
1/4
tsp
chipotle chili powder
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1
avocado, diced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except for the avocado.
Then fold in the avocado. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Serve with chips, in tacos, or in burrito bowls. Best when eaten fresh. Enjoy!
