Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package’s instructions. Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
Make the dressing in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
In a large bowl, add all the salad ingredients. Pour dressing all over the top. Toss salad until everything is well combined. Enjoy!
