These healthy cashew butter cookie dough bites are a yummy treat made from plant based whole foods. It makes for a tasty treat when you need something sweet. They are super easy and fast to make too!
You only need 6 main ingredients and one bowl to make these cashew butter cookie dough bites. I love how the ingredients are nourishing, wholesome, and easy to find. They are also vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and refined sugar free!

Healthy Cashew Butter Cookie Dough Bites (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (I love Georgia Grinders)
- 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp almond milk (start with 1 tsp)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a mixing bowl. Mix with a spatula until well combined. If it seems too dry, add 1 tsp more of almond milk. It will be a thick dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
