Easy Chocolate Avocado Pudding (vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, refined sugar free)

This easy chocolate avocado pudding is so creamy, decadent, and perfect for any occasion. It only takes 6 simple ingredients and just a few minutes to make. It’s naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fats and fiber.
I love that this dessert is made from wholesome, good-for-you ingredients. It’s the only way I can get my daughter to eat avocados. You literally can’t taste it and the texture is so silky smooth. Just put everything in the food processor and enjoy!
You can even switch up the flavor a little by adding peanut butter and making a peanut butter chocolate flavored pudding. I used cashew butter in this recipe since it is more of a neutral flavor, but feel free to use any nut or seed butter. Tahini would be delicious!
