In a small pot, combine all the ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Cook on the stove on medium high heat until boiling. Turn down the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until apples are soft.
Mash apple mixture with a masher or blend with an immersion blender until it is as smooth or chunky as you like it.
Let it sit and cool for 15 minutes to thicken even more. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
